Job Title: Security Guard

Pay Rate: $20-21.00/hr

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Anticipated Start Date: 3/16/26

Overview:

As a Security Guard at Twin Creeks, you will be working under the direction of the General Manager. Your duties will include safeguarding the facility, assisting guests and staff, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for the teams and families that visit our complex.

Key Requirements & Skills

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Greeting: Welcoming visitors, players, and coaches, providing information on facility amenities, field locations, and event schedules.
• Safety & Security: Monitoring entrances for unauthorized access, enforcing park policies (e.g., prohibited items), report safety hazards or unlawful activity and assisting with emergency procedures.
• Bag Check & Screening: Inspecting bags and personal items upon entry, if required.
• Venue Information: Answering questions regarding parking, food/beverage locations, and restroom facilities.
• Site Maintenance: Keeping the entrance, ticket booth, and surrounding area clean and orderly.

• Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with diverse crowds and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address unexpected issues quickly.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and potentially lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends (mandatory), mornings, evenings, and holidays
• Security Guard Card (BSIS) Preferred
