Position Summary:
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Concessions Team. As a Concessions Team Member, you will provide excellent service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient customer service
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to safety standards
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of concession stands, equipment, and work areas
Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Qualifications:
Must be at least 14 years of age
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous food service or register experience is a plus, but not required
Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30lbs
